This Policy applies to all the software and services provided by inteliGlas through our website, including www.inteliGlas.com, mobile applications, and applications posted by inteliGlas in any third-party online marketplaces. This policy does not apply to any third-party service providers linked to this website and having a separate privacy policy.

Collection & Usage of Information

inteliGlas collects only that information which is essential for providing our services to You. We collect that information which You provide or submit to us directly by signing up for our services, by filling out online forms or by writing testimonials about our software and services. We also collect information from third parties. The term third party includes (i) our marketing and reselling partners from whom we may receive your personal information and (ii) third party analytical tools through which we collect aggregate or de-identified information about your website visits and usage of our software.

The personal information provided by You includes Your full name and email address submitted to us along with the sign-up form. When You fill out a demo request, estimate or feasibility form You may at Your option provide Your phone number to us. We may collect your personal information from LinkedIn, only when You permit or volunteer to share it with us.

We use the information collected from You for the purposes listed herein.

  3. understand Your use of our services, to monitor and prevent problems, and to improve our products and services;

Environmental data from the inteliGlas Products’ sensors:

We collect data from several sensors built into the inteliGlas Products. These sensors collect data such as current temperature, humidity, VOC level, CO2 level, and dust level in the room. The collection of this data is integral to the operation of the inteliGlas Products and app, as it is key to monitoring your air quality and is used to determine recommendations. This data can also be used to integrate with, and control other devices based on your personal environmental factors. inteliGlas records a history of the data collected by the inteliGlas Products. This allows us to offer you features such as usage history or analytics based on the sensor data.

Inputs, interactions, and usage of the Mobile App:

Your inputs and interactions with the Mobile App and site are recorded as you use and interact with the Mobile App and site. For example, when you swipe away a solution card, that interaction is recorded so that you will not see that card again.

Technical information from the device, Mobile App and site:

To improve your experience over time and help troubleshoot any problem you may encounter with any inteliGlas Services, we record technical information such as your inteliGlas device’s model and serial number or software version. We also record other technical information such as the version number for your Mobile App.

To connect your inteliGlas device to our Services, or to access your data over the Internet from a computer, a smartphone, or a tablet, you will need to connect it to your Wi-Fi network. During setup, we will ask for your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password to connect to the Internet. inteliGlas will save this along with your IP address.

Children Online Information

Our website or our services are not designated or intended for use by children who are under the legal age of majority. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Information from Mobile applications

Our mobile applications will have access to the camera, messages photo gallery, and phonebook only when You choose to permit such access. You may disable the mobile applications’ access to this information at any time by editing the settings on your mobile device. Similarly, when you enable notifications on our mobile application, inteliGlas will push notifications to Your device using a third-party push notification service provider.

Email and SMS TechSupport

Opt-In: inteliGlas Customers are opted-in to SMS and Email Support and Application Feature Updates communications upon signed agreed contract. inteliGlas hours of SMS support are 8am-6pm, Monday – Friday, Pacific Time. Support after or before said hours, can be reached via email at [email protected]. Customers may be reached via SMS and Email for communications of outages or system updates. Customers reaching out via SMS and Email will be responded to ONLY by inteliGlas Support team.

Opt-Out: Customer reserves the right to Opt-out of SMS support messenging by replying “STOP” to text message or contacting inteliGlas support at [email protected].

Accessing User’s Location:

We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our Service, read our emails, or otherwise engage with us. We typically collect this information through a variety of tracking technologies, including cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, file information, and similar technology (collectively, “tracking technologies”). We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser storage and application data caches. We may collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service and to understand more about the demographics of our users. We also save all the information that you may provide along with the complaint, like photo, video/audio, user location and other complaint related data. We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you (“Service Providers”). Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the Service under reasonable confidentiality terms.

We may share Your information with our reselling partners, agents, or contractors, acting on our behalf, purely to provide You the requested services. That apart, we neither share nor sell Your information with any third parties

We use cookies and other technologies to collect information about Your browser and device information, Your activity in our website and to authorize Your signed up session. How long does inteliGlas save my personal information?

inteliGlas generally stores your personal information on inteliGlas’s servers until you delete or edit it, or for as long as you remain an inteliGlas customer to provide you with inteliGlas Services.

You can access, amend, or delete certain personal information through the controls in your account. Please contact us at [email protected] if you want to do that. Please note that we may ask you for proof of account ownership and/or identity before fulfilling your request. Because of the way we maintain certain Services, after your information is deleted, backup copies may linger for some time before they are deleted, and we may retain certain data for a longer period of time if we are required to do so for legal reasons.
